Youth Pastor Defined- One who leads, protects, and spiritually guides those which are often overlooked; taking neccesary actions, within the will of God, to meet their needs,strengthen their faith, challenge their walk, and develop their character--- even at the risk of personal ridicule, attacks, or attempted embarrassment. The Youth Pastor, above all else, loves youth--due to a call from God. Like a shepherd to his sheep, the well being of the youth is the Youth Pastors' priority and he speaks to them in words they understand. Youth Pastors are Gods' servants to the younger generations of children.
